Hi, I'm Grace
My journey into wellness started with my own health struggles. Multiple overlapping issues meant finding foods that helped one thing without aggravating another felt like navigating a minefield. So I decided to learn for myself and completed a Nutrition & Weight Management course.
When my daughter was born in 2024, I found myself in survival mode - living on snacks & barely looking after myself during those intense newborn months. That's when I realised I wanted to help other mums find nutritious, quick meals so they could care for themselves during this critical stage.
But I quickly discovered that nutrition alone wasn't enough. After my own experience with mental health struggles, personal issues, and starting therapy, I realised I needed to learn how to regulate and reset my nervous system. That led me to life coaching, NLP, meditation, breathwork, and yoga.
And that's when it all clicked: they all go hand in hand. Your body won't just let go of what has "kept it safe" for so many years. Real transformation happens when we address the whole person - nutrition, stress, sleep, routines, mindset, and nervous system regulation.
I've been stuck in the dark hole that seems to have no escape; I've been out of it; and I've been floating somewhere in the middle for most of my life. If I can help even one person regain control of themselves, their bodies, and their emotions, then all the work and studying I've done is worth it. No one should feel like their body is working against them.
